Diana Huang is senior director, Cisco Internet Business Solutions Group(IBSG), where she leads the Greater China team in helping Fortune 500CEOs address their most strategic issues—from growth strategy, globalexpansion, operational efficiency, and leadership development, toinnovation, technology in management, corporate culture, and employeetraining.Huang is an active member of the Cisco Greater China leadership team,focusing on go-to-market strategies with transformational efforts, and isalso executive sponsor of the Cisco Greater China Smart Grid VirtualTeam. In addition, she is a member of the Board of Trustees for theInternational School of Beijing, where she co-chairs the resourcescommittee.Huang has 19 years of management consulting and industry experience inthe United States and China. Prior to joining Cisco, she was a vicepresident and partner at A.T. Kearney. As a strategic adviser to seniorleadership, Huang led teams that assisted both Chinese and multinationalcompanies with strategic direction, organizational transformation, andoperational efficiency improvements.Prior to consulting, Huang was a research chemist. She has written anumber of papers, including “Decoding the Cisco DNA,” “Eco-City: WillChina Lead the World?”, and “China’s Response to Global Meltdown.”Huang has an MBA from the Yale University School of Management, anM.S. degree in organic chemistry from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln,and a B.S. degree in chemistry from Beijing University. She is fluent inEnglish and Mandarin Chinese, and conversant in French and Cantonese.Huang lives in Beijing with her husband and their two children.
